I’m reaching out regarding our luxury 7-bedroom private residence in the heart of Cannes, available for short and extended stays throughout the year.

The property accommodates up to 13 guests and is just a short walk from the Palais des Festivals, beaches, restaurants and shops. It includes 5 bathrooms, a private elevator, sauna, hot tub, large outdoor patio, spacious entertaining areas and a fully equipped kitchen. The property is prefect for vacations, corporate events, parties and more.

We are currently listed on Airbnb, Booking.com and other major platforms, however guests who book directly with us can benefit from more competitive rates by avoiding the additional platform fees. We can also offer further discounts for longer stays.

Our typical direct rates are approximately:

• Off Peak - from €1,000/night
• Shoulder / Summer - from €1,900/night
• Christmas & New Year - from €1,500/night

Major Cannes events:

Rates vary depending on dates, length of stay and availability, and we are happy to provide preferential pricing for longer bookings.
