We are seeking a UK commercial banking and property finance partner for three UK commercial/sports properties owned by IRAMA PTE. LTD., a Singapore-incorporated company. The properties are in Whyteleafe, Abingdon and Brighouse, and we are looking to discuss development finance, refinancing and longer-term commercial banking facilities for the portfolio. Our current funding requirement is approximately £4.25 million across the three sites, although each property can be considered separately.
