We are looking to acquire or reverse merge with a clean public company suitable for a litigation funding business. We would prefer an OTCID, OTCQB, SEC-reporting or equivalent clean public vehicle with no debt, no toxic convertible securities, no undisclosed liabilities, current filings, clean transfer-agent records and preferably DTC eligibility.
