We are seeking an experienced former prosecutor/judge to independently review several matters where we believe the documentary evidence may justify consideration of private prosecution.

We have substantial underlying evidence, chronologies and supporting documents, but before taking any further step we would like independent advice on:

* whether the evidence potentially meets the threshold for criminal proceedings;
* what further evidence, if any, would be required;
